Tristan Prat-Vincent


Tristan Prat-Vincent has been the sommelier of several establishments such as The Standard, Veritas and Betony in New York. He was most recently the Beverage Director at the Park Hyatt Hotel in New York City. 

Having grown up in a family of European descent on rustic French home cooking, Tristan naturally gravitated towards a career dedicated to food and wine.
